Apple Molasses

From one of my favorite fruit growers, Red Jacket Orchards, a line of syrups: Apple cider molasses, essentially cook-down cider, in plain, spiced, and smoked(!), among others. I bought the plain molasses, and keep coming up with new ways to use it. It made for a lovely glazed ham steak and, the next morning, drizzled in on my usual goat cheese on Kavli. Best of all? The good-sized squeeze bottle is only three dollars and needs no refrigeration. I'll report on the smoked version soon. Can't wait!
